A 12-year-old boy presents with a history of a scaling, itchy rash on both feet for 3 months. Except for occasional bouts of allergic rhinitis and conjunctivitis, his medical history is unremarkable. He is a member of the school track team. His family history is significant for psoriasis in his mother. He is not on any medications.
